The Georgia Eye Institute was founded in 1992 with the goal of creating an ophthalmology practice that would provide comprehensive eye care for the Savannah area. Our practice has grown and we remain committed to excellence in eyecare. The Institute has fellowship-trained physicians to care for patients with complex ocular disease including corneal issues, glaucoma, retinal disease as well as pathology of the eye lids and orbit. Georgia Eye also offers comprehensive optometric care at all of our locations.

Your eyes deserve the best.

We’d like to introduce you to our newest doctor, Dr. Brandon Fram.

Dr. Fram received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia before attending Mercer University School of Medicine for his doctorate.

From there, he completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, Virginia, where he served as Chief Resident, and his surgical Retina Fellowship at Retina and Vitreous of Texas.

His research has been published in multiple medical journals, including the Journal of Vitreoretinal Diseases, the American Journal of Ophthalmology, and Retina Today.

Dr. Fram is now accepting patients in Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, and Statesboro.
