Meet Power Down — a grounding, supportive class designed to help you move with intention and build strength from the ground up.

This class begins seated on the floor, gradually progresses through seated and standing poses, and then returns to the mat to finish the practice feeling balanced and restored.

Whether you’re looking to wind down, support active recovery, or complement your other movement and training, Power Down is designed for you.

Hi WIPP parents!

I am super excited to offer a brand new, 1-hour children's yoga class this school year starting in October. The class is only for WIPP students and will be themed around the WIPP Bible story of the month and the school's curriculum.
