We brought a little bit of Puerto Rican tradition into our community- making Polvorones, a classic Latin sugar cookie. It was the perfect hands-on activity! Simple, creative, and best of all delicious!

🍂Hedgehog Happiness in Harmony Square

Today our Harmony Square residents created the sweetest little fall hedgehogs! With DIY sticker art, everyone picked their own hedgehog and decorated it with all the cozy fall touches. It was such a fun, hands-on activity that sparked laughter and lots of smiles!

🥒Pickle Party Fun!
We celebrated National Pickle Day the best way we know how, by diving into ALL the pickles! From classic dill to sweet and spicy, pickled okra, and even maple bourbon, if it was pickled, we tried it. Our favorite? Battered and deep-fried!

🦅Thank you Veterans!

Yesterday was such a special day, not just in honoring our veterans, but in truly celebrating them. Here in our community, we are blessed to have so many residents who have served our country or have loved ones who did. Hearing their stories, sharing memories, and seeing the camaraderie, patriotism, and love of country all around was truly moving.

Thank you to all of our veterans. Thank you to the men and women who have served alongside them here at home, as military spouses and family members. Your courage, sacrifice, and devotion remind us why it’s so important to pause, remember, and give thanks. ❤️🤍💙

🍂Fall Leaf Art Fun!
We got creative with tissue paper and pre-cut leaf stencisl to make "stained glass" window catchers. This was one of those crafts you either loved or love to hate depending on how much your paper decided to stick to you! 😅

🍌Bananas for Pudding!
Today's activity was fun and delicious, and full of laughter! We learned that there's really no pretty way to plate banana pudding (unless you make individual cups). We took a vote and ended up with a 50/50, some love their wafers crunchy, others swear by soggy!

🎃✨ We had so much fun during our pumpkin carving and decorating activity! Everyone got to design their own jack-o-lantern, picking out eyes, noses, eyebrows, and smiles to create a one-of-a-kind pumpkin personality! Now, our little Jack-o-Lantern Village is full of glowing grins and happy faces, even on the pumpkins! 😄💛
