Dr. Poole has retired. His presence and lighthearted bed side manner will be truly missed. He has dedicated many decades to serving this community and its families with smiles.

Savannah Pediatric ENT will continue to provide the upmost care for the littlest members of our families~ Dr. Stephanie Ambrose and Jessica Wesmiller, PA are an amazing team.

We are making changes to better serve our patients and their families!

We’re upgrading our technology to serve YOU better! Our brand new phone system is already taking your calls and assisting us in providing you with the most efficient care possible!

Starting July 1, we’ll be launching a new state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system – MEDITECH Expanse – designed to enhance your care and streamline your experience.

🔹 What’s Changing?

Your providers will now have access to both clinic and hospital records in one place – improving coordination and care.

A modern, easier check-in process with less paperwork.

A new and improved patient portal to manage appointments, messages, and more!

🔹 What to Expect During the Transition:
Our team will be training on the new system. You may notice:

Slightly longer wait times for appointments or check-in

Requests to update your info (like medications and allergies) as we build your new record

New login instructions for our updated patient portal.
