Laughter, smiles, and a little friendly competition filled the room as everyone got their bodies moving and spirits lifted. Thank you, Jackie, for turning fitness into a party! 🥳💜

What a joyful day we had at our new fitness class! 💪🎶 Residents joined Rose to move and groove to their favorite tunes, and the building was filled with the sound of laughter, clapping, music and pure fun! 🤗 🕺💃 From stretches to dance steps, everyone found their rhythm—and their smiles said it all!🤗

Today, our community came together to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. Lead by Jackie of Bridge Hospice, residents and staff at Sunabella joined in a quiet moment of reflection, prayer, and gratitude for the bravery shown that day and in the days that followed.

We pause not only to remember those we lost, but also to recognize the strength, resilience, and unity that continues to inspire us.
