Summer Breeze Senior Living provides each resident with a unique blend of personal care and independence provided by our professional staff who are highly experienced, knowledgeable and caring. We start with a listening ear and open heart, add a healthy dose of respect so that each person feels empowered to be all he or she can be. We add a helping hand to handle the things that have become difficult or impossible to do alone, so they feel safe and secure. Whether you are seeking independent living or assisted living in a studio apartment, suite or cottage, or a more structured environment with enhanced safety for those with memory loss, we have options available for you at all three levels of care. Our independent living facilities are provided with three meals per day, weekly bed and bath linen service, weekly housekeeping service, scheduled transportation and a monitored emergency call system. The common areas – the library, dining room, exercise rooms and porches – are part of the space they call home as well. Assisted living provides those things with more watchful oversight and assistance. We have licensed nursing personnel, medication monitoring program, assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking (if needed), weekly laundry and linen service, full housekeeping and maintenance service. We also offer reminder service and transportation for medical appointments, and we have lots of activities like Bingo, arts and crafts, ice cream socials, musical events, walks and exercise times together. Rose Lane Alzheimer’s Care provides the above services in a more structured environment with specially trained staff. We assess each person and plan daily care and the health monitoring needed. We offer opportunities to socialize through shared activities like sing-a-longs; exercising the mind with board games or trivia questions; exercising the body through fitness walks or armchair aerobics; sensory workouts; spiritual opportunities through religious services, scripture studies and hymn singing; and accomplishing daily tasks together like making beds, cooking and gardening. Each person is a valued individual member of our family and community. Our goal is to encourage each one to be all he or she can be while feeling secure, honored and respected.
