Appointments are open to all! You do not need to be a Coastal Pediatrics patient to schedule an ear piercing. Child must be 6 month or older and up to date on vaccinations.

The countdown to Thanksgiving is on, and the celebrations continue all week long! Here are a few holiday events happening later this week that are perfect for the whole family:

Friday:
Wormsloe Turkey Trot Scavenger Hunt - 12pm - 4pm
Check in at the museum for a trail map and clues. Run, walk, or trot the 3-mile Battery Trail. When you finish, return to the museum to claim your prize (while supplies last). $12 per adult, $3.25 for kids under 6

Friday:
Letters to Santa at Turbine Market in Plant Riverside - 3pm
Kids can write and decorate letters to Santa using special stationery, colors, and stickers. Once completed, the letters are mailed in a holiday mailbox and a personalized reply from Santa is sent to their home! FREE

Saturday:
Savannah Lighted Boat Parade - 7pm
The annual Lighted Boat Parade features over 40 boats adorned with festive lights cruising the Savannah River. The parade begins at Eastern Wharf, loops past the Talmadge Bridge, and returns along River Street, offering great views from anywhere along the waterfront. FREE

Dr. Stone and his wife Malena started PACK (People of Action Caring for Kids) as a way to help our community while teaching their children how to give back. PACK will be hosting their annual “PACK the Stockings Event” on Sunday November 30 from 2-4pm at their headquarters at 4 Mall Terrace. Their goal is to pack 1,500 stockings for local children in need! If you are interested in participating, please visit their website to sign up: packsavannah.com/volunteer

PACK is a 100% volunteer-run organization whose volunteers assemble and deliver 4,700 weekend meal bags each week to food-insecure children through 41 Chatham County schools and community centers. If you are in a position to do so, please consider donating or volunteering this holiday season!
