I just learned something that kinda blew my mind…

Collagen — you know, the stuff we always associate with skin and beauty — is way more than just a wrinkle-fighter.

It’s actually the most abundant protein in our bodies. And it’s basically the glue that holds us together. Whattt???

BUT listen to this... our body’s natural collagen production starts to decline around age 25. 😳
