July is Lost Pet Prevention Month — Is Your Pet Microchipped?

Microchipping is one of the most effective ways to bring lost pets home. According to a major study published in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association:

🐶 Microchipped dogs are over 2x more likely to be reunited with their owners (52% vs. 22%)

🐾 Snow Day Alert! 🐾

Hey friends! Due to the unexpected snowy weather here in Savannah, we'll be closing the animal hospital tomorrow at 2 PM (or earlier if the snow decides to have a party 🥳). We'll also be closed on Wednesday.

Meet Clover! 🐾 Here she is enjoying her Companion Class 4 laser therapy session, complete with her cool protective glasses! 😎 Clover has been visiting us regularly for treatment, and we’re thrilled with her progress. Many of our patients find the laser’s warm light soothing—it helps calm them during the session and brings significant pain relief.

Laser therapy is a gentle, non-invasive way to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing. By increasing blood flow and stimulating cellular repair, it’s ideal for pets dealing with arthritis, injury recovery, or chronic pain. We’re so proud of Clover for being such a trooper, and we love seeing her benefit from this effective treatment! 🐶💚
