The office of Arnold F. Negrin, MD Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychiatry works to provide quality care, medication management, psychological testing, and counseling to our patients. We accept new patients from ages 5-55.

Psychiatrist: Arnold F. Negrin, MD specializes in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Georgia.

Psychologist: Mary Shuman, PhD, sees established patients for psychological evaluations on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 9 AM. Please check with our office to see scheduling availability.
Therapist: Genevie Frazier, LPC sees established patients for individual counseling sessions from 9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday. Please check with our office to see scheduling availability.

Accepting most commercial insurances, including: Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS (Anthem, HMO, POS, PPO), Cigna, Core Administrative Services, CoreSource, Coventry (MHNET), First Health, GEHA, Healthgram, Humana, Integra, Kaiser, Maestro, Magellan, Medical Mutual, Meritain Health, Multiplan, United Healthcare (Beacon, Optum, UBH, UMR, Value Options), The Care Network, and Tricare, as well as Amerigroup and Wellcare. Prescriptions
Several psychiatric medications are strictly monitored by the DEA and federal regulations require scheduled appointments in order to be refilled. Our office will not authorize new prescriptions, medication refills, or medication changes without an appointment. If your insurance requires a 90-day supply or mail order prescriptions, please let the nurse know during your scheduled appointment time.
Please do not attempt to contact the on-call service regarding requests to fill prescriptions at night or on the weekends.
