I know I haven't been posting as often (will try to be better about that!), but I did want to acknowledge today :) 6 years ago, I took a leap and opened Ray of Light Counseling and Consulting, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you to those who have trusted me to be part of your journey and to those who continue to support me on my journey. Sending out love and light to all who need it. ~ Renae

Today and every dawn, I choose peace.
Peace in letting go of what no longer serves me, in embracing what awaits.
Peace in the gentle whispers of morning light, in each quiet breath that renews.
Peace in accepting that some doors must close for others to open.
Peace in knowing that growth comes from releasing, not just holding on.
Peace in understanding that my path is uniquely mine to walk.
Peace in the spaces between what was and what will be.
I carry this wisdom in my soul: I am exactly where I need to be, learning what I need to learn, becoming who I am meant to be.
