Happy St. Patrick’s Day from us at Eat Move Groove!

Simple 2211 meal for today! ☘️

Trim your corned beef and brown with a chopped onion in olive oil.

Transfer to your slow cooker with chopped potatoes, onions, and carrots.

Add your spices and water and let it cook on high for 2-3 hours then keep on low for 2-3 hours or until done. Enjoy this veggie-filled, protein-rich, delicious meal!

An easy and tasty 2211 dinner: lemony arugula salad kit (Trader Joe’s), basil and herb pearled couscous (any grocery store!), and shrimp burger (Trader Joe’s)
(2) cups of produce —> salad!
(2) ounces of protein —> shrimp burger!
(1) serving of grains —> pearled couscous!
(1) serving of healthy fats —> shrimp burger + salad dressing kit
