I became interested in being a social worker when I was in the 9th grade. It took me a little while to return to school and go on to complete my masters in social work in the area of community mental health. I can truly say that it has been a much more rewarding and very meaningful career than I ever imagined! I've been honored to have met and worked alongside some really wonderful people who work in this field...here's too National Social Workers Week! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
