JR was presented with the very first Lifetime Achievement Award—now permanently named the **JR Stillwell National Legacy Award** in recognition of his lasting impact. This award will continue to be given to others in the years ahead, but it is only fitting that the first was awarded to the man whose leadership, vision, and dedication helped build and guide this organization into what it is today.

JR’s legacy is one of commitment, integrity, and service—values that will continue to shape and inspire all of us moving forward.
