Welcome To HOPE CENTERED COUNSELING!

I love helping people work through past trauma so they can enjoy their life. I have a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and 14 years of experience working with youth and families with the last 6 years specifically in the mental health field as a Youth Counselor, Clinical Therapist with both youth and adults, and an Associate Director at a Residential Treatment Center.

I specialize in working with teenagers, adult, male or female who are experiencing Trauma/PTSD, a recent crisis, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia/Psychosis, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other mental health concerns or life stressors. I utilize an eclectic variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Brief Solution Focused techniques, Mindfulness, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. I specialize in working with clients with trauma and use EMDR (EMDR-Brochure.pdf) for treatment.
