Breathe In Massage Studio at WoodField Plaza in Savoy I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who also has an AAS in Massage Therapy. Massage is real medicine.

I practice a wide variety of massage techniques that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone. Sticks and Stones, Pregnancy, Reflexology, and Gua Sha Massage. It is a natural way to return your body to balance/homeostasis.

As many of you know, I have been making some changes to my schedule due to the autoimmune disease I have. I am still working and giving the massages people are used to, but my hours might be a little different.
