I’m in my 2nd month of teaching a lunchtime yoga class followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. I’m looking for local employers that value employee health and place a high priority on mindfulness. We had a great class yesterday to unwind after a company all hands meeting!

I just called him Swami for the 3 day mediation course at Arsha Vindya. The Eastern philosophy
of yoga is different than our “American” or Western style, which is typically just a workout. For meditation, I
saw some common themes with Western mediation and some
key differences. If you thought you could not meditate because you couldn’t quiet the
inner voice or sit still for the meditation, it’s worth studying under an Eastern trained
Swami. I learned some great techniques to understand and quiet the inner voice. I
highly recommend this course and Swami Sachidananda was excellent. More info…

It was a great mix of students, for a few it was their first intro to yoga, while others were veterans!!! What a great introduction to yoga- a place you already love for fitness, offering yoga. $10 drop in classes while they last. Join me Mondays at 7:15 pm for an all levels Vinyasa flow.
