Midday check-in: have you reset your posture yet? 👀

If you’ve been sitting, working, or parenting all morning, your body is probably craving a quick reset. A few minutes can make a big difference:

✨ Scapular retraction holder squeeze – wake up those upper back muscles
✨ Trapezius stretch side to side – release neck and shoulder tension
✨ Cat–Cow – get the spine moving and breathing again

This quick afternoon reset helps improve posture, reduce tension, and reconnect with your core and pelvic floor so your body feels better for the rest of the day.
