Come 'Say Hello' to the team at our state-of-the-art medical office building at Guthrie Ithaca City Harbor's Open House and Health Fair, from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, August 16. You'll have a guided tour of the building, get to hop aboard our Maternity Oasis Mobile (MOM) Unit or take advantage of blood pressure screening and education on several health-related topics.

This August, The Frosty Caboose in Cortland is teaming up with Guthrie to bring back the Guthrie Great Sundae — a delicious creation with a purpose!

The proceeds from every Guthrie Great Sundae sold at The Frosty Caboose will go directly to the Cortland Memorial Foundation's Nicholas Renzi Cancer Care Fund. That means every bite you take helps support patients at the Renzi Cancer Center at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center as they receive life-saving cancer care.

We're so grateful for our partnership with The Frosty Caboose and the incredible generosity of owner Dick Brecht. This is a chance for the community to come together, enjoy a delicious treat and make a real difference for those on their cancer care journey.

It's official! Guthrie Cortland Pulmonology is relocated to a new, easier-to-access location in the Guthrie Cortland Medical Center Campus. You can find them at Suite 105 of the Alvena Medical Office Building. Patients arriving for a regular visit should now enter through the hospital's main entrance and take an immediate right to access the Alvena MOB. Suite 105 will be just on your right.

If you have an appointment at Guthrie Sayre campus this week, please allow extra travel time to ensure you arrive on time.
The town of Sayre will begin milling and paving work Wednesday morning on West Lockhart Street, between North Hopkins Street and Hospital Place. Crews will be working lane by lane with traffic controls in place, and the project is expected to wrap up by the end of this week or early next week.

Guthrie is a non-profit integrated health system located in north central Pennsylvania and upstate New York, serving patients from a twelve-county service area. Guthrie is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and is the first health system based in Pennsylvania and New York to join this network. Guthrie is comprised of a research institute, home care/hospice, hospitals in Sayre, Pa., Corning, N.Y., Towanda, Pa., Troy, Pa. and Cortland, N.Y., as well as a multi-specialty group practice of more than 325 physicians and 210 advanced practice providers offering 47 specialties through a regional office network providing primary and specialty care in 22 communities in Pennsylvania and New York.
