Today, on International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day, we pause to honor the strength, courage, and resilience of every person who has lost someone to su***de. 🤍
This day is a reminder that grief after su***de is complex, often carried in silence, and unique to each individual. There is no “right” way to mourn, no timeline for healing, and no shame in the waves of emotion that come and go. 🫶
To the survivors:
We see your heartbreak, your questions, your love, and the ways you continue forward even when the path feels heavy. Your journey matters. Your connection to your loved one matters. 🩵
And your healing—at your own pace—matters deeply. 🪷
Our practice stands with you in compassion. Whether you need a quiet space to talk, tools to navigate difficult memories, or simply someone to sit with you in your grief, support is here. 🕊️
You do not have to walk this path alone.
If today brings up difficult feelings, please reach out—to a friend, a therapist, a community, or a crisis support line. Asking for help is a profound act of strength.
Sending warmth, gentleness, and remembrance to all survivors today and every day. 💛
