As the weather gets cooler, many older adults start drinking less water without realizing it.
Even mild dehydration can cause confusion, dizziness, and fatigue.

✨ Try this: Encourage your loved one to take a few sips every hour — herbal tea, flavored water, or warm broth all count!

Keeping hydrated = keeping safe. 💧💙
