Why the Mace?
The gada (mace) has been used for centuries by warriors and athletes to build raw strength and power. Today, it’s one of the most effective tools for functional strength, endurance, and performance.

Equipment
I’ll provide:
5 PVC/tennis ball maces
2 steel maces (5lb) to borrow (first come, first serve)
👉 Please bring your own mace if you have one. Reach out if you need guidance on where to purchase.
*Suggested weight: 5lb for women, 7lb-10lb for men
