Meet the doctor: Dr. Daniel Ravin moved to Maine in 1989 with his wife Nancy. The doctor graduated from Brandeis University and received his dental degree from Tufts School of Medicine. Dr. Daniel Ravin, DMD opened its doors in 1990. He has been providing high quality care in the town of Scarborough for over 20 years now. The Ravin's have two boys, Neil and Aaron. You may have seen the doctor over

the years at a hockey rink coaching or on a baseball field. Even though the boys are now grown and moving out, he continues to support the community where he works and lives. He is also a part of Buy Local. In addition to being part of his local community the doctor is active in his dental community. He is a member of the following professional associations:

GPDS Greater Portland Dental Association

We are pleased to let everyone know that we are back in the office and happy to be providing dental care for all of our wonderful patients.

We would like everyone to know that the safety of our, Patients,Team and Community is our top priority. We are following the CDC, ADA & MDA guidelines to reassure that dental visits are as stress-free as possible.

You will see the obvious changes we have made to implement these guidelines. We ask for your patience and cooperation with these important Covid-19 safeguard steps.

We are working diligently to try to accommodate everyone who is ready to return to the dental office to be seen. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Despite being led to believe we would be able to open our doors again May 1st, the Governor has restricted dental offices to only providing only EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE, just as we have been doing for the past 7 weeks.There has been no information provided to anyone as to when this might change.

In the meantime we continue to prepare for the safe return of our patients. Our team and office are taking steps to ensure that we will be able to return to providing exceptional dental care.

We are committed to being able to make your next dental visit safe and comfortable,in a clean and professional manner so as to help you achieve a lasting, HEALTHY SMILE.
