🖐 Say hello to Deborah Paul, OTR/L, CHT – a true hand therapy legend!
With over 40 years of experience, Debbie brings a calm confidence, deep clinical knowledge, and a heart for healing to every patient she sees at Seacoast Hand Therapy.
A proud Tufts University graduate, Debbie has spent her career working closely with top surgeons across New Hampshire, treating everything from complex trauma and burn injuries to common overuse conditions like tennis/golfer’s elbow, De Quervain’s, trigger fingers, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
🎯 Debbie’s specialties include:
• Hand therapy for trauma and post-surgical recovery
• Overuse injuries (including tendinopathies and repetitive strain)
• Burn injury rehabilitation
• Arthritis management with proven strategies for pain relief and improved function
She’s also no stranger to giving back—having traveled to Haiti on three separate medical missions, where she helped establish a hand therapy clinic. 💛 Her resourcefulness and compassion show in everything she does—and she’s the kind of therapist who always brings wisdom and warmth to the table (plus a few tried-and-true tricks that only a seasoned pro would know!).
Outside the clinic, Debbie lives lakeside in Standish with her husband and their beloved pup, Bailey. 🐾 She enjoys baking, gardening, reading, genealogy, and making memories with her children and grandchildren.
We’re so lucky she’s part of the Seacoast team!
