A new fully equipped Pilates studio in Scarborough Maine. Located behind Lois's Marketplace on US Rte 1. The studio will open on a limited schedule in September and open full time in October! Looking forward to having everyone come and take a class, or private session! See you soon!

Have you stretched today? ….yesterday?….Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered! Every Sunday for the month of March we have a stretch class. In this class we use the reformer as well as props (the tennis ball, foam roller etc) to help release myofascial tension. Foam rolling applies pressure to the muscles and tissues to reduce stress, improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
