January boasts National Milk day, so we used this occasion to do a taste taste. From good old fashioned milk to flavored milk to alternative milk, we tried a little bit of everything. Whole milk won the day for the "plain" types, vanilla almond milk beat out oat milk, and to no one's surprise, chocolate milk was the favorite of them all!

We're coming into the New Year with a bang! After making dough in the morning, we spent the afternoon rolling & filling layers of Star Bread. We stuffed it with Nutella and, once it was baked, sprinkled it with powdered sugar, making it look like a perfect snowflake. The delectable smells of baking bread & hazelnut chocolate throughout the building brought so much joy to residents and staff alike, especially when the opportunity to taste-test came!
