Our community liaisons recently helped stir up some Valentine's Day magic at St. André Health Care. Our liaisons coordinated a double date for two of our HSM patients who reside there with their wives. The afternoon was filled with flowers, chocolates, fresh strawberry banana smoothies, and stories of their many married years together. As you might imagine, the smiles were abundant. And thank you to our partners at St. André's for making moments like this possible.

Recently, a patient’s family gifted Hospice of Southern Maine with a collection of beautiful handmade pottery hearts and chocolates. Their heartfelt gesture reminds us of the compassion our interdisciplinary teams provide every day across southern Maine. From all of us at HSM, we wish you a truly heartwarming Valentine’s Day.
