Today is the beginning of a new chapter of hospice care in Maine. It is an honor to announce that Hospice of Southern Maine and Andwell Health Partners are joining together to become Maine's largest independent non-profit home healthcare organization. Our two agencies have always been guided by the same principles: compassion, integrity, and excellence. We've both put patients and families first, honoring each person's unique journey with the same heart and expertise. Now, by uniting under one non-profit organization, we're preserving what makes our care meaningful while expanding our ability to be there for even more Maine families for decades to come.
