✨ I just renewed my massage license — it’s officially been 15 years of practicing massage therapy 💙

This also marks 5 years of running my own business full-time, which feels wild to say. Before that, I worked 1.5 years at a spa and 7 years with a chiropractor. Most of that time, I was also seeing massage or polarity clients on the side.

These days, I’m not seeing as many people as I used to — and honestly, I love that. I have more energy to really focus in and be present for the sessions I do offer. It’s such a gift to hold space for others in a way that feels grounded and intentional.

Thanks for being part of this journey with me. Whether you’ve been on my table once or many times, I’m so grateful.
