Release tension and holding patterns in the entire spine from the tailbone to the skull. Work the gluteals and hip joints, the hamstrings, and the front of the pelvis to stimulate a letting go of the adductors and psoas. Great for back, disc, and neck issues, as well as for tight hip flexors, buttock muscles, hamstrings and the spine.

Have you wondered what REIKI is?

Kristine Keegan, Reiki Master Teacher, Usui Lineage, and RYT 500 offers a thoughtful, well rounded Reiki Training that is accessible to ALL!

Reiki, an energy medicine practice that originated in Japan that heals the imbalances of the subtle energy body to bring ease and balance to the mind and physical body. The practitioner places hands on or near the person receiving treatment with the intent to transmit life force energy (KI/CHI)
The benefits to receiving a Reiki treatment include: reduction of stress, chronic pain, recovery from surgery or anesthesia, and the reduction of the side effects of medication. Reiki can lower your heart rate, improve immunity, mental clarity, and enhance your sense of well-being, and spirituality. It may also offer a sense of ease and peace to people at the end of life.

Self healing is one of the most important aspects of Reiki at any level. Self treatment begins the process of dislodging blocks and negativity within your energetic system, (the life force energy) which flows within the body to release “dis-ease” to prevent disease.
The first degree of training (out of 3) is taught master to student and will cover the energy maps of the body. There will be a breakdown of each chakra and meridian line, and learn the organ systems and associated emotions. You will also come to know the history of Reiki and the linage in your Reiki line of teaching. There will be practical time to perform Reiki to yourself and on others.

You will leave feeling confident in your understanding of Reiki and how to treat.​

Natalie’s slow flow practice provides a safe space of self-expression for students to listen to their bodies and connect to their inner voice. Journeying from pose to pose at an easy pace you will fully explore each asana and connect to your breath. Both beginners and those looking to advance their practice will find fulfillment. Build your confidence and familiarity of standing and balancing poses, refine the fundamentals, and explore deeper sensations. You will notice your body and mind can more easily let go of daily stressors and challenges feeling calmer, more balanced, and comfortable in your skin.
