We are a 60-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation & long-term and respite care.

Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Genesis HealthCare offers a variety of specialized health care services across our centers. Whether you need us for a short-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay or longer term care, we offer specialized orthopedic rehabilitation, ventilator care, dialysis care, Alzheimer's care and assisted/senior living services depending on your unique needs. Karen Farrington was nominated for Leading With Heart for being an incredible support to staff, residents and the management team. She does an amazing job to make sure our residents are heard and are well taken care of. Her customer service is exceptional. She does such a great job welcoming our new hires and making sure they have a good experience. Karen is always asking how she can help and support the team. We are very lucky to have such a kind and compassionate person working at Pine Point.

Nicole was nominated for Leading With Heart by Richard Marino, our Medical Director. He commented on how impressed he was with her ability to handle multiple tasks and job functions. He stated that in all the years he has worked in long term care, Nicole was one of the best unit managers he has encountered.

Nicole is a wonderful mentor and coach for our nurses and C.N.A.'s at Pine Point. We appreciate everything she does for our residents. Thank You!!

For National Senior Citizens day Pine Point held a 60's Disco for their residents. We had food, drinks, dancing, music, and most of all so so much fun!

Amanda is our Leading with Heart winner!

Where do we begin, Amanda is such a wonderful presence at Pine Point. She goes above and beyond everyday to make sure my man was comfortable and had everything in place. She is intelligent, compassionate, and extremely good at her job. Pine Point is so lucky to have her. She's so caring and a lovely person.

Amanda is awesome. When we come in and she is working she always says hello and either her or she gets someone to go get my dad for us. If we ever have any questions she always helps us out. She goes above and beyond her job to make your visit with family a good visit because this is not where anyone enjoys seeing a family member.

Thank you Amanda for everything you do for our residents, we really appreciate all your hard work!

🌟 Leading with Heart Weekly Winner 🌟

This week's Leading with Heart winner is Natalie Winters! 🎉

Natalie has been a Dietary Aide for four years and has been with Pine Point for three. She started as a CNA but quickly discovered her passion for the kitchen. By combining her love for cooking and helping others, she has made a lasting impact as a Dietary Aide. 👩‍🍳

Natalie shares, "The residents mean the world to me, and this job has given me a family. I have learned so much throughout my time here and have grown from a teenager into a young adult." Co-workers describe Natalie as compassionate and dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents, always ensuring they feel heard and cared for.

When she isn’t working, Natalie can be found fishing at Lake Arrowhead or running outdoors. She hopes to continue her passion for healthcare and cooking by furthering her experience in diabetes care or opening her own sandwich shop in the future! 🥪

To Natalie, leading with heart isn’t just a job – it’s a lifestyle. ❤️
