Women’s Wellness Group — For Women By Women

A special collaboration between and , co-led by mindfulness teacher herylbrause and clinical psychologist Talya Cohen.

Over six nourishing sessions, we’ll gather as women to explore the real joys and challenges of midlife, including:
🌿 Parenting children of all ages
🌿 Aging and life transitions
🌿 Grief, loss, and resilience
🌿 Purpose, goals, and alignment
🌿 Spirituality and meaning
🌿 Finding calm, joy, and steadiness through it all

We believe there is deep wisdom and healing that happens when women come together in community.

This group is a space to exhale, feel supported, be guided in meditation, learn practical mindfulness tools, and connect with other women walking a similar path.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful poem in your meditation class earlier this week.

A great reminder to simply take in and notice all the ordinary, mundane moments happening right now, TODAY, in your life. Mindfulness reminds us that there is so much beauty right in front of us to appreciate and savor. Our warm homes, a hot cup of coffee, the snow outside….we don’t know what the next day, week or months have in store for us, so it can be helpful to PAUSE and appreciate the here and now.

We are thrilled to be featured in Annual 2026 Issue!   Mindful is considered to be the most trusted mindfulness and meditation (printed and electronic) magazine in the world, dedicated to bringing authentic wellness and gratitude into the lives of readers everywhere.

Specifically, was featured in the “Annual Retreat Guide” which is designed to discover calming, secular retreats designed to nourish your practice all year long.  The issue featured nourishing at-home programs to nature-soaked getaways, showing that mindfulness retreats come in all shapes and sizes!

The article featured our February 4th - 8th Pause to be Present Winter Wellness Retreat which has a wonderful group of 16 attendees to date! It also featured our Annual Silent Meditation Retreat at which is scheduled to take place October 16-18, 2026.  FYI: There may be some availability at the resort for our Mexico🏝️retreat if you are interested in joining us - DM us for more information.

Last night we celebrated 2025 and welcomed 2026 with our AMAZING Pause to be Present Teaching Team - , , . We missed and (feel better)! We are SO grateful for these amazing humans who offer their wisdom, time, and hearts to our incredible community.

And we kicked off 2026 with our first Diving Deeper Series of the year with 20 amazing students from all over the country, from California, to Chicago, to Washington DC, and many joining us in person ! For the next 6 weeks, we will gather to explore the incredible teachings of the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path and how to integrate these teachings into our stressful and often chaotic modern lives. These centuries-old practices can truly help us live healthier, happier lives! The Noble Eightfold Path is a practical guide to living a life of peace, compassion and wisdom. And, it is always amazing to learn and grow together with this beautiful community.🙏🏻

After many years of practice, we know that the best gifts you can give yourself and the world in 2026 are a regulated & healthy nervous system (and tools to manage the stress of modern life), the skill to choose how you want to respond to life, and the ability to cultivate calm, compassion, kindness, and joy each and every day! We help people do just that!

Thanksgiving is a beautiful reminder of the power of gratitude. Remembering all that we have to be thankful for is not reserved for one day in November. Gratitude is something we can practice everyday AND is good for us!

Gratitude will help us:�✨Boost joy.�✨Decrease stress.�✨Strengthen relationships.
✨Appreciate what we already have.�✨Ands come home to what truly matters.

This year at your Thanksgiving table, try a simple mindfulness ritual:�Invite each person to share one thing they’re grateful for. Give that person your whole attention and take all that gratitude in! �
This is a powerful way to slow down, connect inward and to each other, and fill the day with presence and appreciation.

Our Story - Pause

Mindfulness has made such an impact in our lives – so much so that we wanted to share this transformative practice with as many people as possible! It has helped us in our relationships, parenting, business and most importantly, with ourselves and how we choose to live our lives. We have seen an incredible group of like-minded people connect through this practice and are thrilled to create a dedicated space for this growing community to gather and pause together.

At Pause, we have created a space where you can take time out of your busy life to simply “be”… a place where you can find a more peaceful, joy-filled, healthier way of living through the powerful practice of Mindfulness.

Mindfulness works. It can change your life. Our goal is to share with you ways to be truly present and awake for your life. With over a decade of experience teaching, we have found easy and accessible ways to bring these ancient practices into our modern lives to help people not only cope but thrive!

We invite you to join us on this journey! You deserve it, your family deserves it and the world deserves to have the real you (the calm, peaceful, joyful one) truly present in it!
