Your best is always good enough, especially in recovery. 💗

Some days you’ll feel strong, and other days you’ll just make it through. Both are valid. Both matter.

Your “best” doesn’t have to look the same every day. Healing isn’t about perfection or pushing yourself past your limits. It’s about listening to your body, giving yourself grace, and showing up however you can.

Be gentle with yourself. Your effort, your pace, your progress… it’s all enough. 💗

One week ago today, last Wednesday, I got a phone call from the radiologist telling me my biopsy results came back malignant. I found out later that day from my OB that I have high grade non-invasive ductal carcinoma.
‌
It’s basically the breast cancer you would choose to have if you had to, as it is very treatable. I have already met with my breast surgeon + I’m going over all of my treatments options. 💗 It’s definitely not the news you are ever expecting to receive.

This was all found during my yearly mammogram- I had no sign or symptoms, no lumps or bumps. I can’t stress the importance of having your mammograms done on time each year! 🩷”
