Many patients hesitate to ask about labiaplasty, but it’s more common that you think.

A good candidate is someone experiencing. physical discomfort in tight clothing, irritation during exercise, or discomfort with intimacy. Others simply don’t feel confident with the appearance of elongated or redundant labial tissue.

The procedure is straightforward, can often be performed under local anesthesia, and most patients recover comfortably with minimal downtime. As with any surgery, proper healing is essential, and smoking can significantly affect outcomes.
This is not about “perfection.” It’s about comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you might be a candidate, what questions are holding you back?

The internet had a lot of theories after Jim Carey’s recent appearance. Clones, AI, “that’s not the same person.”

When you look at faces for a living, the explanation is usually much less mysterious.

What people are likely reacting to here could be a facelift with jawline and neck tightening, possibly paired with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, which opens the eyes and removes excess skin that develops with age. Those two procedures alone can change the overall structure of the face quite a bit.

Add in things like midface volume restoration, skin resurfacing, and even something as simple as longer hair and different styling, and the result can read very differently on camera.

When several changes happen at once, it can make a familiar face look surprisingly new. That’s usually why the internet jumps to much more dramatic explanations.

Sometimes the hardest part of my job isn’t the surgery…it’s saying no.

More often than recommending procedures, I find myself recommending against them. It’s not always what patients want to hear, but it’s what they need to hear.

The reality is that not every desire translates to a good surgical outcome. Sometimes what patients are asking for isn’t achievable. Other times it’s achievable but they’re not ideal candidates. And sometimes I have a strong sense that even with perfect ex*****on, they won’t be satisfied with the result.

For surgery to be worthwhile, three things need to align: it must be safe, anatomically feasible, and likely to satisfy the patient. When all three boxes check out, we move forward. When they don’t, honesty serves everyone better than false promises.

Surgery should enhance your life, not complicate it. Sometimes the best surgical decision is no surgery at all.

This is what male rhinoplasty should look like. Natural, balanced, and masculine.

The goal wasn’t to give him a “perfect” nose. It was to refine what he already had while keeping strong, masculine proportions.

He is ONLY 1 month post op. We reduced the dorsal hump, refined the tip, and improved his profile without making it look feminine or overdone.

A lot of guys hesitate because they’re worried it’ll look obvious. But when it’s done right, nobody knows you had surgery. They just think you look good.

If you’ve been thinking about it but worried about looking different or losing your masculine features, that’s the conversation we have in the consultation.

The power of a CHIN!

This patient is only 6 weeks post op after undergoing a chin implant & the results speak for themselves.

Subtle yet dramatic.
