Pelvic floor PT is very important. While I do not offer it in my practice, I suggest it for many of my clients. Hudson Valley Physical Therapy is one of the practices I do share with clients. Many of my client's receive more that one therapy for their complete care. In my 18 years of being a physical therapist, I have worked on multidisciplinary teams. I have been in private practice for 6 years, and I continue to work on a team where the client is the most critical member on the team.

While our anxiety peaks over the uncertainty of the fall, let’s add 20 min of yoga into our day. You are all basically wearing elastic / comfy clothes anyway! No excuses!! Helped shift my mood today before a meeting so I could bring some good energy in. Yoga with Adriene is my favorite YouTube yoga to follow. She is very mindful of positions, the mind body connection and seems to throw in a bit of needed humor.

It’s a nice day but my kids are feeling lazy today. So I went outside and made this and forced them out. We have done it with the time lapse video before, so they know how fun it looks. I said,” If you don’t move, the time lapse video will be boring,” which kept them moving for a few minutes atleast. The break down on chalk obstacle course in comments. Add a challenge by doing it backwards!!
