For the months of November and December, House of Ajna is inviting our clients to join us in giving back to our neighbors in need. Many in our community are facing hunger and hardship due to cuts in SNAP benefits, and we can make a difference.

✨ Here’s how you can help:
Bring in any of the following items to your appointment:
•🥫 Non-perishable food (canned goods, pantry staples)
•🧴 Feminine hygiene products
•🧤 New or gently used winter clothing (hats, gloves, coats, scarves, blankets)

As our thank-you for your generosity, you’ll receive $10 off any service during November or December.

Cupping is an ancient therapeutic technique that uses suction cups placed on the skin to promote healing and relaxation🧘🏻‍♀️

How does it work?

When cupping therapy is applied, the suction gently lifts the skin, fascia (connective tissue), and the superficial layers of muscle away from the deeper tissues and bone. This separation creates space within those layers, which helps to:
•increase blood flow
•increase lymphatic circulation to the area
•release fascial restrictions that can limit mobility or cause tension
•stimulate the nervous system to promote relaxation and pain relief
