Jose could only stand up and walk around for 10 minutes at a time before coming back to our office yesterday. After his alignment and shockwave therapy, he was able to work all day on his feet.

Congratulations to our newewest combat veteran client! Mike could not function very well last week. He could not move his head in either direction more than a 1/4”. His scans showed all sorts of autonomic nervous system and skeletal muscle dysfunction… We aligned him with our protocols utilizing our cranio-cervical and nervous system enhancemmet procedures and implemented our new auxilary Sanuwave therapy technology. When I complain… I find more to complain about…. when express gratitude…. I find more to be grateful for…. When I compliment and encourage instead of criticize… I find others elevate… while I do as well… the WAY out is to ELEVATE. Many of us need to practice RE-FRAMING until it’s a habit… find a story you have in your head and make a new story that brings you happiness and effectiveness… master the mind and master your life!

Example: “traffic sucks… I can’t stand when people cut me off and traffic is backed up when I’m late”

VS.

“ I love that I have time in my car before work to listen to audiobooks, call my family and reflect.. When people cut me off it shows me how I never want to act.. what a great reminder… I will leave earlier for work next time”
