Do you notice your emotions, or do they get buried during the busy day? I find that when I prioritize acknowledging my emotions throughout the day, it allows me to see more clearly the life experiences that are in front of me. I can adjust my emotional response to be one that is more supportive and beneficial for my emotional and mental landscape.
