ASA applauds a U.S. District Court for granting HHS’ motion to dismiss a complaint by AANA. ASA submitted a brief supporting HHS, which corrected assertions in the AANA complaint that there are no differences between anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

ASA applauds the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, which recently granted a motion of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to dismiss the AANA’s complaint.
