The UAPA is dedicated to supporting and advancing Physician Assistants in Urology.

The UAPA is the only Urology-specific organization recognized by the American Academy of Physician Assistants. It is affiliated with the AAPA and the American Urological Association in efforts to keep the interests and concerns of physician assistants addressed.

Exciting news in the urology world this week- after years of health care providers advocating for the removal of the black box warning on topical estrogen for genitourinary syndrome of menopause, the FDA has officially approved it! In other news, our board members met last week in Atlanta and had a productive day of meetings and finalizing plans for our conference in March 2026. See you there!
