"Not getting paid" seems to be one of the biggest struggles that I see with new clients.

This can happen for various reasons. Having a solid process to work claims that are "not getting paid" is important.

I find that most often "not getting paid" is due to a lack of follow-up and not knowing what to do.

What's the reason your practice is "not getting paid"? Do you have the right process and knowledge to resolve this?
