Good MORE-ning 💖

This message is to all moms out there! I know you're doing A LOT right now. You're managing your children, their schedules, your spouse, household, dinner, extra activities, work, businesses, friends, and then you look up with no desire to give back to yourself!

I'm encouraging ALL mothers to start each day doing something for yourself for 30 minutes. Maybe it's prayer, working out, stretching, tea, a podcast whatever feeds you mentally before you pour into everyone else.

Take care of YOU so that your family can feel peace. We ARE the heartbeat of our households and that heart doesn't beat without nurturing ourselves first.

✨️WELCOME TO MAY✨️

We here at Asé Wellness LOVE the month of May! In the Rayborn household it's the beginning of baseball and softball season for our littles, we get to play outside more (Midwest weather 🥴 IYKYK), AND we have 3 MAJOR celebrations this month:

Hubby's BIG 40TH birthday month 🎉
Malcolm goes to prom 🥹
Mother's Day 💐

The ReBrand will also continue to develop with a new website makeover and NEW PRODUCT announcements! Also be on the look out for MUCH MORE excitement around the 3rd Annual Goddess Picnic coming September 8th 😁
