(This is Marianne Guinee with Healthy Success Made Simple). Many people ask me, ‘How come you trust this store to shop at, and you don’t like Safeway, Jewel, Target, Walmart, Costco, etc.? Wouldn’t that just be “Easier”??? (In the long-term or in the short-term)?
The Answer is both Yes and No. My "Why I shop (mostly) HERE" could be a thesis! (So this won’t be! You’ll have to ask me if you want to know more of my ‘why’).
So here is a question back: When you shop at those stores I listed above, you are not shopping with the MANUFACTURER. You are shopping at a Distributor. SO… Why do you TRUST Proctor & Gambles, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, Unilever etc.?
It’s certainly NOT for their Safety, their affordable prices, their ingredients, their freshness, their concern about YOU, where they manufacture at (e.g. USA / North America, or their ‘lack’ of lawsuits/product liability claims …. So WHY do YOU trust those Manufacturers you are buying?
Maybe you never thought of it as ’trusting' however, when you shop for a brand, you are telling the brand YOU TRUST THEM!
Before I started shopping here, I was blindly trusting places like those (With Manufacturers like those).
I wasn't intentionally running out to find overpriced toxic products that (for the most part) were NOT made in the USA. It was just ‘convenient’ - and truthfully, I didn’t know any better!
I was just BUSY and looking for the easy way out. You know what I mean —> Toothpaste is out.... Put Crest or Colgate on the list. Laundry detergent is gone.... Put Tide/Downy/Bounce sheets on the list. Cleaning products? Soap? Snack bars? Sports Drinks? Put them all on the list. Run out of shampoo… Pick up the very high-priced stuff at the salon next time I am there. Vitamins running out…(OK, Truthfully, we didn’t take them because we DID already know that One a Day, Centrum, GNC, and others were just crappy & ineffective, so why waste the money).
You get the point.... and I KNOW (most of you) have done the same. You don't know what you don't know.....
But when you know better, HOPEFULLY, you DO better.
I have had health issues most of my life - and ignored them most of the time. When I started to see more people getting cancer and other things, and the products they were buying certainly were not NOT keeping them healthy (and me either), I KNEW it was time to CHOOSE Better!
And I didn’t know where to go except to keep searching the internet until I was introduced to this store - and the science behind it as well as Proof of effectiveness.
Once you know these things....you can't just un-know them!
I find it truly LAUGHABLE how many people REALLY investigate every single piece of this store and NEVER EVER think twice about picking something off the shelf at their local store - that has toxic ingredients, has had alot of inflation in price, and that they cannot prove that those are better products.
And don’t even get me started with buying ‘most’ things on Amazon that you don’t know where they come from, and many are expired by the time they get to you. Many times people say, ‘Well, it was in a commercial and on a store shelf, so it MUST be good and safe’.
If you believe that I have a bridge (and alot more), I can sell you.
And I know some people that are the INGREDIENT POLICE - if that’s what you want to do, go for it - I do not have time for that when I know there is a simpler, better way. For me, I just want to know what I am buying is safe, effective, affordable without product liability claims or lawsuits, AND ideally Made in the USA.
So why do I really shop here? I KNOW that what I'm getting is sooooo good - and THAT gives me peace of mind. ❤
