❤️Hey there besties….maybe it’s been a long time since we have seen or heard from one another and for some others…maybe not.

🥰I just want to reintroduce myself. I am Kate Kate she is great (yup I said it). And I have been a mental health therapist for over 20 years, divorce mediator for 11 and an AASECT trained s*x therapist for over 10 years. While I have loved what I have done for all of this time it is time for me to make a pivot (something I’ve been known to do and good at). PIVOT!!!! (You know you hear Ross in your head holding the couch in the stairwell).

💡I am taking a leap into coaching. Specifically I am hoping to help women caught in the crossroads of their relationship. The proverbial “sh*t or get off the pot” state of relationships. With all of my years of experience I have seen so many woman be railroaded by life in their relationships and they wait like sitting ducks 🦆 for something to change, growing in resentments and dissatisfaction until something happens to them and not for them. I want to help them solve this problem for themself no matter which path they choose. Yup it’s choose your own adventure (rekindle or uncouple).
No more sitting ducks 🦆 but woman with self efficacy, confidence and empowerment 🧨 to build the life that they want regardless of which path that they choose (stay or go).

🔔 As you know I just finished taping for the reality tv show “The Blox”. I took a chance to compete with other entrepreneurs and it was a great experience. I am now also challenged to put my passion project out there.

Zig Ziglar once said “you can have everything in life you want if you will help enough people get what they want”. Well I am showing up to do just that as I always have. My first responder mentality is in effect and I want to “leave no woman behind”. Lift as you climb coaching is the name of my company and it is my life purpose.

‼️I am hoping that you can help me here as I was challenged by the judges and coaches to find these women and talk to them. So…since you know me (and maybe even like or love me) you could refer someone to me.

This didn’t include what I had shipped in advance. CLAY Therapeutic Services donated over $2000 in toys for Toys for Tots at Firewater Saloon. Part of being a business owner means you give back to others. This is hands down my favorite event. Thank you Michael Shannon for always inviting me and helping me unload the cars.

We have all heard this at one point in time in life. We’ve been gaslit today believe that “family can do no wrong” or to accept poor treatment in the name of “blood”. Family are just people who are related that still need boundaries and to hear the word “no”. We don’t get to choose the family we are born into. We do get to choose how we are treated. You don’t have to keep the peace for the sake of their feelings just because they are related. Please set boundaries. Please speak up. Please respect yourself and teach others how to love and respect you. And if they don’t…then please change the relationship for yourself. Accept them for who they show up as and stop expecting them to be better. Build a family in friends to support you. Do not expect others to treat you as you do; you’ll be disappointed. Treat yourself better and stop pouring into others cups if you’re not pouring into yours first. It’s called being a self-ist and it’s not selfish.

Let’s be honest nothing has been easy lately. Stress is high. Fear is present. Remember you are important and valuable. Take time for you. Breathe deep. Find your peace, joy and happiness. Make it a routine.
