Formula Shortage Info:

As the baby formula shortage continues, these links are good resources for alternatives if you can’t find your baby’s typical formula, here is a graphic with store brand alternatives which may be more readily available.
WIC has also published a list that helps parents find alternatives due to the Similac recall and other brand shortages.
The last link from the AAP contains answers to common questions parents may have about finding formula in the current situation. Let your doctor know if you are having trouble!

Did you know that research indicates more positive birth outcomes for families who have a doula by their side?

Doulas Make a Difference... in Labor and Birth.
This is the area of doula support that has the most evidence. Numerous studies report that doula support during labor and birth improve outcomes for both the birth parents and infants, including shorter labors, decreased cesareans, and fewer low five minute APGAR scores. (Cochrane Review, Continuous Support for Women during Childbirth)
