Let's reframe the conversation around psychosis. It is not a personal failing. For many, it's a deeply misunderstood echo of past trauma.
To see psychosis as a "break from reality" without asking why that break is happening is to miss the most important part of the story. The brain is often trying to communicate or survive an old wound.

A Closer Look at How EMDR Therapy Works
Ever wondered about the science behind EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)? This powerful therapy is more than just eye movements – it's a structured approach to help your brain heal from distressing experiences. Let's break down what each part means:
