Beginning today, I will believe in myself. I can achieve my weight loss goal. With the help of God, my friends and our TOPS group, I will win this struggle. I am an overcomer. I can do this.

When I am struggling not to overeat, I force myself to think beyond this noment and remind myself how disappointed I will be when the scales show a gain.

Happiness is letting go of what I think my weight is supposed to be. I will work toward my healthy weight but not obsess at an unrealistic goal. I am a full grown woman. I am not supposed to look like a twig. I have had a lot of knocks in life but I am worth being what God wants me to be. Have a great day.

Thought for the day: Today I will treat myself as I do my friends. I will not overeat just because it is there to be eaten. I will remember, I would not force food/snacks on them when I know they are struggling with their weight. Therefore, I will not give myself permission to over indulge. I will love myself as I love them.

Thought for the day: I was made for more than to be stuck in a vicious cycle of defeat. Especially where my weight loss is concerned. I can and will do this. Smile 🙂 and have a great day.

Thought for the day: God has given me power over my food choices. I am supposed to comsume food. Food is not to consume me.
