Pushing hard in the gym is something we athletes know how to do.
From personal experience, knowing how to recover is something that had escaped me for a long time. As well as listening to my body.
The all gas no brakes mentality in the past ground my body to dust.
Proper nutrition, mobility work, as well as regular massage can help put you in a place where you never could have imagined.
Although I do love working with people who have a specific issue we need to fix, body maintenance is some I always am happy to provide, there doesn’t necessarily need to be a problem to come in for a visit.
