Another little one has made it earth side on 2/11, baby Jett arrived at 3:00am safe and sound, peeing on us as he came out :)
Mama was so ready to meet this little one and they are doing so well learning their new life together.
Another unmedicated successful birth …when pops called me saying the nurse is asking what we’re doing for pain management after it was clearly outlined in her birthplan…that was my cue to get going. I am a part of the pain management and mama did so well that she said right after “I’d do it again”. She didn’t even let it sink in for a few days lol
This was my first birth not knowing the gender and it was so much fun to be wrong and be surprised🤣💙Please more!
It was truly a gift to walk alongside someone who was/is so ready to be a mama. That is my dream for all of my clients. There is a depth we can go to when a woman is just certain and is prepared for her journey.
I am learning and growing in the breastfeeding world after getting my CLC and seeing so many of my clients struggle with breastfeeding, no no, we are making strides and getting them closer to their goals! Checking poops and pees, weighing babies, doing the things! I’m really proud of that, I’ve put in work and intention to this specifically!
It’s all hard work and I’m grateful to play a small part to make it feel a little more safe, a little more supportive, and a little more sacred for mamas.
Congratulations on your beautiful family. I don’t know why it feels like I’m leaving you but I don’t like it. I’ll be back to see our baby next week 😂👩❤️💋👩🤰🏽👶🏽✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Abrazos 💫 Hugs
