We didn’t win it this year but 4 wins and 2 runner ups in 9 years is a pretty good record. As we are now fully integrated into the Access PT and Wellness family, this was the last year we will be involved with the Best of the Best contest. Thank you to everyone who has voted for us and supported us over the past 9 years. Your support was a cornerstone to our success and never taken for granted.

Hey everyone, we just wanted to clarify any confusion or misinformation regarding our practice. We are joining Access PT and Wellness so we are better positioned to navigate the complex landscape that is healthcare. As part of the arrangement the name has to change. We are also now part of the Montefiore Health System which will allow us to eventually accept some insurances we have not been able to in the past. Finally, Dennis, Kevin and the rest of the exceptional staff are all the same. Dennis and Kevin have not retired. We plan to continue to offer the same level of care and attention that we always have. As of 8/25 we are fully operating as Access PT. Your patience as we go through this conversion process is appreciated. Thanks for all the years of support! 🙏

This is the latest update on our exciting partnership with Access PT and Wellness. New name, same care and service you have come to expect and rely on for almost 10 years. As stated previously this FB page will shutdown some time in late August/early September but please view and like Access PT’s page. Thank you to everyone for helping us grow and be successful as MJ PT and we hope you will continue to support and utilize our services going forward as Access PT!

We have some exciting new to share! We are now part of the Access Physical Therapy and Wellness family. This relationship positions us to have an even bigger impact on the communities we serve. Although our name will eventually be changing, our staff and the friendly service and commitment to care our clients have become accustomed to will not. More information will follow as the transition continues. At some point in the near future we will shut this page down but you can still follow us by liking Access PT and Wellness on FB and other platforms.

We are excited to announce that Derek Palmeri DPT has joined our staff. Derek is a graduate of Russell Sage College and has local ties to the Guilderland community. He’s currently accepting new patients and is looking forward to helping a lot of people get back to doing the things they love!
